Pacific Heights Victorian Home

My most recent project has been a large Queen Anne Victorian home in Pacific Heights, equipped with exquisite mouldings, 12ft ceilings and original hardwood floors from the early 1900s. I’ve aimed to highlight the historical details by adding bold wall colors to achieve a harmonious relationship between the “old” and the “new” — having both Gucci and William Morris wallpaper, for example.
Some highlights from this project:
The master bathroom, kitchen and sunroom were gut renovated in order for us to add Portuguese tile, Waterworks hardware, and a brand new powder room bathroom.
An old built-in bureau cabinet in the dining room was refinished and stained with new brass hardware, to bring it more current.
New lighting was added throughout the kitchen, dining room, office and bedrooms.
The kitchen and sunroom space were opened up by adding large steel doors to create an indoor/outdoor space.
We updated the three original fireplaces by painting them and replacing the stone with clean porcelain slabs.
